Orders must be picked up on Saturday May 16 between 8am and noon at Assumption Greek Orthodox Church, 11 N. Seventh St, Madison WI 53704. If you cannot pick up your online order during that time, please email us at contact@philomadison.org. Unless alternate arrangements have been made, any orders not picked up on Sat. May 16 will be stored in the freezer up to 2 weeks, which may affect their taste.

The Assumption Greek Orthodox Church of Madison prepares and presents fresh bakery and snack items for your purchase. We do everything to ensure freshness, sanitary baking methods and preparation, and safe packaging for your enjoyment.
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order of goods, please contact us at contact@philomadison.org or use the Contact page. You may also call 608-244-1001, and leave a message explaining your situation. We will try our best to make things right.
If we cannot rectify the problem, we will issue a refund in the form of whatever payment was received. Please note that we have a deadline of 3 days to contact us for an issue with your order.
We are unable to give refunds for online orders that aren't picked up.
